If you choose to purchase one of my pieces, I will aim to get in contact with you as soon as possible. I will aim to get your parcel to you within five working days. If there are any delays in the process, you will be contacted as soon as possible and I’ll keep you informed of each stage of the journey of your new piece to its new home.
I personally check every piece prior to shipping. If however any faults or damage are found once receiving the item, please notify me by email to twigsnturning@gmail.com within fifteen days of receipt of your delivery.
Twigs-n-Turning does not accept any liability for additional taxes and charges relating to clearing your goods through customs. This is the responsibility of the customer. This is also the case for goods returned by the customer.
Returns:
Twigs-n-Turning are happy to accept returns of any items within fifteen days of purchase. As long as the item is in the same condition it was sent in. We cannot accept returns on sale items unless the product bought does not reflect the product advertised and promised. It is the buyers responsibility to cover return costs unless the return is the fault of Twigs-n-Turning, for example not as advertised or damaged on arrival.
Any import duty and taxes charged to Twigs-n-Turning to receive a customers return, will be at cost to the sender. Any duty incurred will be confirmed in and deducted from the total value of the refund amount.
All returns are sent back at the customer’s own cost and own risk. We advise using special delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it. A full refund, minus the postage if the return is the fault of Twigs-n-Turning, will then be made within seven days of receiving the item back via the original method of payment.
