I wanted to take a relatively plain and simple piece of ash and turn it into something visually striking, I think the contrast between the ash lines and deep black body do just that.

Using one of the darkest black paints available to purchase, allows for such crisp definition between line and body, that really does have an impact even from across the room.

This piece has the added benefit of line continuation across the vase on both sides, whilst still having complete unique designs on either face.

A beautiful contemporary piece with space to personalise, with your own choice of dry grass or flower.
