Not A Walnut
I can’t help but think the exterior of this bowl closely resembles a walnut shell with changes in shape & form. It obviously couldn’t be further from it though. Another of the relics made of ash, not a walnut is sandblasted throughout and carved to create a completely unique structure that is even more striking in person. I love the character this piece has, it truly is unique.
